Ingredients, amount per daily serving:

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root powder - 500mg
• Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root (extract 4:1) - 100mg

• Choline (from Choline DL-Bitartrate) - 200mg equiv.
• Chromium (Picolinate) - 150mcg equiv.

Directions:

• Take 3 x capsules daily with or without food.
• Capsules can be taken altogether or spread out throughout the day, depending on when the support is most needed.

Is this product right for me?
