OPEN ONLY WHEN READY TD USE AS PRODUCT IS AIR ACTIVATED. Tear open plastic packet. Place heating pad of the belt on affected area & wrap around waist & secure with velcro. Ensure it is a snug fit. Unfasten velcro to remove.
