Dried Ferrous Sulfate BP 325mg (equivalent to 105mg elemental iron) & Vitamin C 500mg (as Sodium Ascorbate 562.4mg).
Adult dose: one tablet daily or as directed by your physician. Can be taken on an empty stomach or after a meal. The tablet should be swallowed whole.
