How to use it

Ages 2+: One serve (3 metric tsp) daily mixed with any hot or cold beverage or meal. 

It seems we had a small typo moment regarding the serving size on the label of our newest product, Gut Regular. The correct serving size for Gut Regular is 5.16g as printed, or 3 metric teaspoons. Rest assured, there is absolutely no harm in taking a dose of 4 teaspoons as labelled, you’ve just been getting an extra boost of fibre. However, 3 metric teaspoons will help your Gut Regular last you a little longer.
