Ever felt like you just can’t shift the mucous. It may be stuck on your chest or in your throat. Congestion can be used when needing mucous to shift and become productive to be able to clear. If you have lots of mucous – Congestion should help clear this.
Dosage: 2 to 4 sprays hourly for 3 hours if really bad. Then continue the next day 3 times a day until improved. You must stop when you are feeling improved. You can also re-introduce if you need too. If there is no change after 4 days that means it is not going to work and your remedy may need tweaking. Please contact us to do this free of charge.
